"Nidia and Olivia are literally the best! I’ve had a great experience with State Farm for my renters insurance! I was having a really difficult time submitting my proof of insurance due to issues on the a company’s end not State Farm’s and it was super frustrating. Through it all, Nidia And Olivia was patient, supportive, and incredibly helpful. They worked with me every step of the way and made sure my policy had everything it needed. Thanks to their help and understanding, my renters insurance was finally approved! I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and how easy they made a stressful situation feel.
