"I had a very pleasant time talking with Jake, casual and easy to speak to, he made sure he specifically broke things down well enough for me to understand, what I was actually paying for and how things worked with the policy. We actually only started with renters insurance but ended up switching and bundled our auto insurance as well. We are now paying less for both policies than what we were paying for our other auto insurance company."
